Jennifer Cole, MS CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist and Owner

Jennifer Cole holds both a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University. She is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology. She has worked in the hospitals (acute and rehabilitation), pediatric outpatient clinics, public schools, and private practice. She has extensive training and experience in assessing and providing speech and language therapy to both adults and children who present with a variety of disorders such as: dysphagia, aphasia, learning disabilities, apraxia, traumatic brain injuries, dysarthria, articulation delays, autism, voice disorders, hearing impairments, and orofacial myofunctional disorders.Jennifer is interested in medical speech-language pathology and is committed to exceeding continuing education requirements. She is CPR certified and she is also certified to complete vision, hearing, and spinal screenings. She is enthusiastic about speech pathology and she enjoys reading journal articles to keep current on new therapy approaches and to evaluate the efficacy of various therapies and assessment tools.  Alongside additional awards, Jennifer has been presented with the ACE Award - The ACE Award is a formal recognition of professionals who have demonstrated their commitment to lifelong learning by earning 70 continuing education hours within a 36 month period.

 

Adam Cole, MBA

Chief Financial Officer and Owner

Adam Cole holds both a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.  Adam has served full time in an administrative role for Cole Healthcare since February 2004.  Adam currently resides on the Board of Directors for OPIRA (the Outpatient Independent Rehab Association) which is dedicated to improving compliance standards for Outpatient Rehab Facilities across the State of Texas.  Adam has also consulted with other healthcare providers to help improve financial and operational performance.  Adam believes that successful healthcare companies are those that maintain steady growth while placing strong emphasis on compliance and overall patient experience. 

 

 

Michele Eglinger, MBA

Executive Director of Personnel & Patient Care 

Michele Eglinger holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Administration from Regis University.  Michele has over 15 years of management experience in the healthcare industry with primary focus being with outpatient therapy.  Michele has had management experience in multiple healthcare settings to include physical therapy, industrial medicine and home healthcare.  She has worked both in start-up companies, as well as corporate settings.  Michele has opened many clinics during her management career and has been very successful with developing strong management teams.

 

On a personal note, Michele was a member of the University of Texas Women’s Basketball team, winning the National Championship in 1986.  Today she officiates Division 1 college basketball.

 

Robin Clearman, OTR

Executive Director of Corporate Affairs

 

Robin Clearman holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy obtained from the University of Texas Medical Branch.  He is registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and is licensed with the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners.  With over 25 years in the healthcare industry, Robin has had the opportunity to work in multiple settings including; hospitals (acute and rehabilitation), outpatient clinics, and home healthcare agencies.  His extensive experience has allowed him to be an appointed member of the Medical Advisory Committee (2004-2005), Chair and Vice-Chair of the Texas Occupational Therapy Association (1997-1999), as well as an Administrative and Program Surveyor for the Commission Accrediting Rehabilitative Facilities (2004-2006).  He has vast experience in pain management, work hardening, hand rehabilitation and a various other neurological and orthopedic injuries. 

 

From opening multiple clinics, to being responsible for patient care and acquisition, Robin has been involved in all aspects of the healthcare industry.  As a member of the Cole team, Robin strives to provide the highest quality of care to both the patients and their families.

 

Robin also enjoys his life as a private pilot, 11th Grade teacher at his Church, and spending the weekends on the lake with his family. 

 

 

Pam Walker, M.A., CCC-SLP

Executive Director of Systems & Corporate Compliance

 

Pam holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Arts in Speech from the University of Houston.  Pam comes to Cole with over 27 years experience, including both clinical and administration involvement.  She has had the opportunity to be involved in owning and operating multiple outpatient clinics.  Her most recent experience was Regional Director of Operations overseeing inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation and home health services provided to residents in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and independent living facilities.  Providing the most comprehensive care for our elderly has been an ongoing passion for Pam throughout her career.   

 

Pam has two daughters in college who she loves spending time with.  This often involves travel and has allowed them to experience and make lots of special memories!
